Robert "Rob" Rackstraw (born October 31 1965 in Sunderland, England) is an English voice actor who has lent his talents to the production of the 1996 video game Realms of the Haunting. Considering that we only have the credits as our source of information, we could speculate he contributed either the voices in the Tower (symbolizing the souls that the Ire has devoured over the centuries), or some of the more obscure characters like the Gnarl or the (disembodied) Creator in the Mausoleum.
Apart from his involvement in Realms of the Haunting, Rob has also provided additional voices for other video games such as Normality (1996), Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King (2004), Anno 2070 (2011), and Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter (2016).
Additionally, Rob has done voice-over work for many TV and film productions, including the children's programmes The Legends of Treasure Island, Watership Down, Thomas & Friends, The Secret Show, and Bob the Builder.
