Ira Hill is one of the artists, involved in the creation process of Realms of the Haunting. One of the textures (which we can access with the help of the XWE editor), specifically the 
Norman Knight statue that we come across in various locations of the game, is called "IKNIGHT1.ira's knight.bmp", probably in reference to Ira Hill. Despite the lexical proximity of their names, let's not mistake this poor man for the Ire, though.
His brother[1] Berni was also part of ROTH's art department.
