The Icon is a horned gargoyle with green wings that attacks us by shooting powerful magical projectiles. This type of creature appears in three locations. First in the intersection between the Caverns and Florentine's Observatory, secondly in the corridors between the Sarcophagus and Hawk's Prison after first encountering Belial, and thirdly in Raquia, before entering the topiary hedge maze and after having acquired the Key of Tears.
The name of this creature is revealed to us by taking a closer look at the corresponding texture, which we can extract with the help of the XWE Editor from the ROTH/M/ADEMO.DAS folder of our ROTH installation: ICONWLK1.BMP
