The Coin is an item found by the entrance of St. Michael's and required to gain access to the church. As we approach the wooden door, a 
Spite drops from the canopy and will drop the coin upon its defeat. Putting the coin into the 
donation box (installed for the restoration of the aged church roof), we're finally allowed to enter.
