The Burn Parchment is a small piece of paper that we find inside one of the small locked alcoves in Arqua. By using the 
Oriental Paper Fan, we manage to open the casket with the mighty force of the wind. Unreadable at first, we remember the convenient 
Magnifying Glass in our inventory and are able to identify the word "Burn", giving us the not-so-overt clue to ignite the paper with the combined 
Flint and Cylinder.
