One of the unobtainable items in the game, Beer is a consumable similar to any of the standard healing vials that has the same graphic as the small vial .
Unlike the other vials, the Beer item is found in the first inventory tab, instead of the the third (magic) tab with the rest of the vials.
This item was probably used during the development and testing of the game to allow an easy way to fully heal the player when needed.
Usage[]
Upon use, Beer fully heals Adam and does not get consumed, allowing for repeated use.
Location[]
Currently, there is no known in-game method of obtaining this item. Using a memory editor, one can be manually added to the inventory. In the UK Edition, Roth Version F1.4 the item number for Beer is 224 (0xE0).
